Kerry Wasserman, MBA, CMC

Mr. Kerry S. Wasserman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in Urban Studies and a Master of Business Administration from McMaster University.
Mr. Wasserman has held a number of senior management positions including: President, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, CFO & General Manager in a number of different industry segments with both private and public companies. During the course of his career to date, he as gained extensive experience in financial and operational analysis, general management, operational and strategic planning, project management, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and business valuations.
Prior to joining Infologix, Mr. Wasserman was the Executive Vice President of a land development and residential construction company with 14 projects in Southern Ontario. During his tenure at this company he assisted the Owner in establishing a proper infrastructure and organizational hierarchy to support the rapid expansion of this company.
Kerry possesses a unique blend of skill sets with a rich and diversified work experience. His broad background and depth of experience serves him well in assisting clients.
Kerry is a Certified Management Consultant having earned the designation by demonstrating a proven track record of consulting engagements and successfully completing the rigourous qualification requirements.
