| A short time ago, the majority shareholder of the Company suffered a devastating stroke and the doctors were not optimistic about his condition. He had resisted taking advice concerning the tax implications of his death and therefore a large tax liability was looming. The professionals at Sloan Group mobilized their Accounting, Tax and Legal teams to arrange a complete reorganization of the Companies, set up of a Holding Company and creation of discretionary Family Trusts. Irina is a recent graduate of the Applied Bachelor of Business Administration program at SAIT. She has been an Accountant with Sloan Partners since 2007 and is presently completing requirements for her CGA professional designation.
She is bright, energetic and valued contributor to the Firm's committment to excellence in client service. Irina is experienced in many areas including personal and corporation tax return preparation, tax planning, compilation engagements and review engagements.
