Dominic Kok, BA, CA
Associate |
Dominic is an Honours graduate of the University of Waterloo. After graduation, he entered the public accounting profession and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation. He was associated with a large regional CA firm of over 30 CA's before joining one of our predecessor firms in 1990. Dominic was admitted to Partnership in 1991 and was instrumental in negotiating the merger with Sloan Paskowitz Adelman in 1998.
Dominic has been responsible for audit and accounting engagements for small businesses with annual sales of less than $100,000 to public companies with annual sales in excess of $100 million. He also has experience in insolvency, receivership and consulting engagements. Recently, Dominic has been involved in various consulting engagements relating to new businesses and systems reviews for improved operating practices.
As Partner-In-Charge of the firm's Quality Control program, Dominic is responsible for compliance with the Accounting and Auditing standards of our profession and for ensuring that all team members are fully aware of their professional responsibilities.
